Winter sighed as she sat in her small area on the bus. She had a magazine open in front of her but she wasn't really reading any of it even though she flipped the pages here and there. Her mind was on many other things. Everything ran through her head other than the articles in the magazine that told her how to please her man the right way and how to read his signals. Not like she needed to know that stuff anyway. She read it all just to laugh. But she wasn't laughing today. Her mind was on how her little bed was still made because she hadn't slept on her bus last night. She had planned on it but once Noah found his way back completely plastered with a random girl, she simply didn't want to be around to listen to the fun they were having. So she had exited her bus and went over to crawl in with Caleb. It wasn't easy sleeping in the little cot beds that they had with two people, let alone when one was pregnant. Granted she wasn't huge yet, but she was four months along, soon to be five come the end of the month. So she was definitely showing. They hadn't even been on tour long at all and fans were already wanting to touch her stomach and take pictures and blah blah blah. A couple people at their first show had actually given her baskets full of baby stuff. They said they were huge fans and knew how hard it could be to be a teen mom so they wanted to help out. Winter had blinked a few times and thanked them before giving them some autographs and introducing them to a couple bands since they had done stuff for her. All the extra baby attention was half annoying, half heart warming.
Of course, the attention from Caleb was the kind she wanted. She liked being able to sleep near him and she was looking forward to moving in with him once the tour came to an end. She hadn't planned sleeping with Caleb last night but She figured she'd give Noah some privacy despite how hard it was with everyone else on the bus. The poor guy was depressed over his ex girlfriend and Winter could definitely see it even if no one else did. Not to mention she had gone on a cleaning spree before they left for the tour and had decided to tackle his room where she found a letter he had written to Liberty. It had talked about how he really did love her. It had definitely shocked Win a bit. Noah wasn't one to throw around the Love word. So she knew he meant it and she also knew he was really hurt that the bitch had dumped him. Winter had started to not mind her as Liberty had apologized and everything. However, now the girl was back on her hate list. Not to mention when she had left her bus and headed for Caleb's, she had walked past the Seduction By Design bus to see Liberty sucking face with one of the guys. Win would have went after her had the whole band not been out there as well and it would have only ended badly for her. The little bitch. If Winter got her alone, she would be dead meat. She was going to give her a word or two not to mention a couple fists. She had warned her not to hurt Noah and she had so she should be prepared for a fuming Winter on her ass.
Sighing again as she couldn't focus on the magazine in front of her, she closed it shut and opened her suitcase. Win bit her lip and groaned as she dug through it. She didn't want to wear anything in it. Nothing. Nothing fit, nothing looked right. This was frustrating. She was wearing the only thing that she felt comfortable in, her shorts and a transformer tee shirt. They had a show tonight and she didn't want to play in the same shorts she'd been wearing for two days. "Great." She breathed. This meant she would have to do what she was putting off. Shopping. Normally she loved shopping. Her and Noah went all the time. However, ever since she had started actually showing, she had dreaded it. She didn't want to see what size she would have to buy now that she was four months pregnant. She stood and slipped on her flip flops. This was not going to be fun, she had a feeling about it. Looking around the bus for a moment, she found none of her band mates. She had no idea where any of them were. She shrugged lightly as she exited the bus and squinted in the sunlight. Winter walked the thankfully not long walk from where the venue was to the mall. She had her phone, her backstage pass and her credit card with her. The few things she carried every where with her now that she was on tour. They were like essentials.
Win pushed into one of the stores and inwardly groaned at all the cute small clothes she previously would have had no trouble fitting in to. She used to be able to slip into size zeros and ones and threes. Now all of them were restricting and not at all comfortable. She picked out a couple pair of shorts that were size fives and sevens and then picked out some jeans in those sizes too. Looking at the shirts, she grabbed a couple she liked in a size larger than what she would normally wear. She also grabbed a couple of cute sun dresses. Scowling she made her way to the dressing room where she began trying everything in. She slipped on some shorts and a shirt and looked in the mirror. God she looked like a cow. She quickly took the outfit off and put on a dress. Now she looked like a blimp. This was not going well. She quickly tried on everything else she had before exiting the dressing room and hanging up what she wasn't going to buy. The rest of her clothes were slung over her arm as she looked around a bit more. She was starting to hate shopping with every second she looked.
