When was the last time you talked to me? Seriously, I feel like I don’t even know you.And I would rather me leave Than stay and watch you make a fool of me. To say that Lacey Ryder was piss would be a little bit of an understatement. She was highly pissed, confused, and just a little bit hurt. Why you might wonder? Well it was all due in part to her boyfriend Parker. When they had first started dating five months ago, they were around each other constantly. Well, that is to say they saw each other almost daily. Even on the days that they didn’t see each other, they were constantly texting each other and talking. Lacey liked that, she liked talking to Parker and knowing how he was and what he was doing. But for the last couple of days, Lacey had barely heard from the boy. It all started when She called him about a week ago to see if he wanted to go catch a movie, because there was a movie out playing that she knew for a fact he had wanted to go see, as he got a little excited every time the commercial came on the television. But when she called and asked if he would like to go, he told her that he had already made plans to go with Alaska. Well, that was no big deal. Instead of going out and doing anything, Lacey sat in her apartment and watch old reruns of Malcolm in the Middle. Two days later, with him only texting her once or twice, she texted him and asked him if he wanted to grab some lunch to which he told her he was already out eating with a friend. It continued like this until three days ago, when Lacey had just stopped trying all together. When he texted her, she would text back in as few words as she could to answer what he said or asked, and that was it. She didn’t initiate conversation or text him first. She thought that maybe it would get her point across, but he acted as if nothing were wrong at all, which honestly just pissed her off more.
She fumed over it as she packed her suitcase. Sure, maybe she should have packed sooner than the ten minutes before she had to be on the bus, but really, she hadn’t felt like it. Putting the last pairs of jeans from her drawers on top of the mound of clothes, she sat on it as she tried to zip it. Well, it looked as if it could bust from the seams, but for now it would work. Lugging it off her bed, she had to practically throw all of her weight into dragging it through her living room and to her car. Maybe she over packed a little? But it would be okay. At least she would have a wide variety of clothes to choose from. Throwing her suitcase in her car, she drove the short distance to where she was supposed to board the bus. Really, she was surprised that most everyone was there. It appeared they were just waiting on Seth, Garret and Parker before they could leave. Not much of a surprise really. She handed her stuff to the person who was loading the suitcases, and gave an apologetic smile as he dropped it on his foot, not exactly expecting it to weight as much as it did. The funny thing was, she left half of her clothes back at her apartment. It had been a hard choice to choose what to bring and leave behind.
She sat at the front of the bus next to Riley, talking about how he was NOT going to cut his hair, nor was he going to let Garret attempt to cut it again. That was one mess she had a hard time trying to cover up, and she definitely did not want to try and do it again. Riley would probably end up with no hair. Hearing the bus door open she saw Parker walking up the steps. Rolling her eyes, she turned back to Riley and chattered on about his hair, ignoring the hello that Parker gave her. She wasn’t going to sit there and pretend like she wasn’t pissed off at the boy. She was, and she didn’t care if he realized it or not. Parker talked to her while he put some stuff away on the bus, but honestly, she couldn’t tell you what the boy said. She either sat there in silence, or tried to make conversation with other people. At first, it didn’t seem like he even noticed anything was off, which really just pissed her off more. When had he ever known her to not talk to him when he talked to her? Talking to him was something the girl had done since the first time she met Parker. They had always found something to talk about, even if it was them talking about never having anything to talk about. They had never really ever had an awkward moment, well, aside from the awkward moment when they actually started dating.
Looking in any direction but the direction Parker was, she didn’t realize he had stopped what he was doing until she felt him sit down next to her. She scooted a good distance away from him, and turned her head to look at him as he said 'er, hate to be a pain in the arse, but i was under the impression if you were dating someone, you actually spoke to them? Maybe it was just me, i've never been a pro at this dating thing She gave him a smirk, not even a humorous one, “Really? You were under that impression? Well I was too. Excuse me though, can I ask who you are? I mean, you look an awful lot like this guy I was dating for several months, but he suddenly just like…fell off the face of the earth, so.” She said before turning her attention away from Parker and trying to strike up another conversation with Riley. I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE SEES IN MEBUT I'M HAPPY NOW THAT SHE'S WITH ME- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I WONDER WHAT COMES NEXT, SHE ALWAYS LIKES TO KEEP ME GUESSING- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - parker had been so busy lately; it was so fucking crazy. he hadn't seen his girlfriend, lacey, in forever, and he really missed her. the few times they'd tried to arrange something, something else always came up, and in the last few days communication between the two had all but stopped. it was kind of a bummer, but he knew he'd be seeing her today so he didn't dwell on it for too long. they were going on tour today, which was just about the craziest thing, he had to admit. he'd never imagined the band actually getting this far, and now they were going to europe, and australia, and canada, and places he had only dreamed of actually visiting. it was so surreal. and he got to do it all with those mediocre jerk faces he called his best friends. yeah, they were okay, some of the time, he supposed, hah. but yeah, pretty much he was more excited to see lacey. and he got to bring zero along! who was pretty much his other half... and his better half. when he was younger, he'd used to take zero for extra walks just so hot girls would come and fawn over his dog, thus enabling him to chat them up and take them out. they were quite a good team, if he did say so himself. he had left his packing up until the last minute, because, seriously? all he had to do was chuck his clothes in there. and his straighteners, and some other junk, successfully close it.. and hey, he was done. it would take like, five minutes, right? maybe an extra couple if he ended up packing more than the suitcase could handle, but it wasn't as if he needed to take hours painstakingly folding everything and chucking it in...
... although, yeah, that might have been a good idea, parker conceded, looking down at his suitcase. sure, he'd managed to get everything in there, finally, but his clothes were anything but folded and it.. was just a mess, really. and he wasn't even sure how he was going to close it. and.. shit he was supposed to be at the bus. and his suitcase was open.. and his dog had disappeared to god knows where.. and he had no trousers on. way to be organized, right? he quickly closed the suitcase, and then sat on it for good measure. it still wasn't shutting. he frowned at it, clambering onto the bed before jumping on it quickly, without thinking it through. well. it shut alright. he'd probably broken anything that could be broken.. but it was shut. that was all he cared about, really, hah. he pulled on a pair of skinny jeans and then wandered throughout the house, yelling for his dog. after about a couple of minutes of searching, the dog came running up to him, pressing his nose between his knees. 'there you are, you little prick,' parker said fondly, stroking the dog before putting his leash on, and grabbing his suitcase. ooh, it looked rather full... oh well. it wouldn't matter. hopefully it wouldn't burst open on the streets, heh. luckily enough, the tour buses weren't too far away, and soon he was there... and not obnoxiously late. hooray! that was a first.. and most probably a last.
as he jumped up onto the bus, letting zero run free into the back of the bus, making a fucking racket, parker looked around for lacey, before seeing her sitting at the front, next to riley. 'hi favourite!' he said with a grin as he shoved his suitcase... somewhere where there was space, next to one of the bunks that had not been claimed yet, as zero came running back into the tour bus, yapping like a twat. well, parker supposed that probably came from having to listen to himself talk shit for the past.. well, quite a few years, the dog had probably gotten used to making as much noise to drown out his owner's ramblings, hah. he sat on his bunk, swinging his legs as he began to talk to lacey again. she hadn't really said hi back, or anything, but he supposed she had and he had just not caught it, 'so, i have missed you! it's been like, i don't know how long, when we get off the bus we should totally do something. um, i'm not sure what, i mean, i was looking up albuquerque .. they have an aquarium, how cool is that? and they like, also have this spa thingy that my mum went to when she was in mexico so we could got here one day and you could do...um...womenly things? i don't know, hah. oh! and um there's like...museums and stuff... which we're not going to, just saying, and an amusement park! i dunno how good it is, but my brother went there with his mates once and he said it was alright so, um...'
okay, so lacey wasn't answering him, and he wasn't sure why. was she pissed at him? had she gone mute? had riley killed her? had she been taken hostage by aliens, and the only thing left on the earth was this empty shell of who she used to be? okay... all his ideas were shot out of the window as he heard her talk to riley.. well, except the first one. but why would she be pissed at him? he couldn't actually think of anything he'd done wrong, for once...maybe he should talk to her. that was what couples usually did, right? talk to each other... okay, yeah, he wasn't very good at dating but that was just stupid, hah. he fidgeted slightly before jumping down from his bunk and sliding into the seat next to lacey, frowning slightly as she moved away from him. okaaay, he didn't have a contagious disease or anything ( last time he'd checked, at least ) so it was perfectly safe to be next to him... okay, maybe he had pissed her off, but this was just stupid, because he'd done nothing wrong... 'er, hate to be a pain in the arse, but i was under the impression if you were dating someone, you actually spoke to them? maybe it was just me, i've never been a pro at this dating thing..' he let his sentence trail off uncomfortably as he shifted in the seat. he'd never been good at things like this, really. his other relationships had all ended in disaster, so he didn't exactly want to start shit that could cause this to fall to pieces - because, if he could admit it to himself, he'd admit that, yeah, he loved lacey. they'd been dating for five months now. that was a long time by parker's standards, really. and he... well, even if he didn't love her, he liked her far too much to let her go. but as she began to talk, he felt his frown deepen as he pulled his knees to his chest, studying the floor as she spoke to him. um.. what?
'uh...look,. i don't know what your problem is, but there's this thing called being busy and it kind of grabbed me by the balls.. i'm sorry if i haven't been hanging out with you as much lately, and i was looking forward to coming on here and seeing you because i missed you like mad, but...' he let his sentence trail off awkwardly as lacey just continued to ignore him.. okay, this was just getting stupid now, and zero was making a complete fucking racket.. and he hadn't been this pissed off in a long time, seriously. 'oh, hi, may i ask who you are as well? because, you look an awful lot like the girl i love, but generally i think she'd have the manners to listen to people when they were talking. maybe i was wrong? my bad.'

When was the last time you talked to me? Seriously, I feel like I don’t even know you.And I would rather me leave Than stay and watch you make a fool of me. She honestly didn’t like being pissed off at the boy. Honestly, he was the first guy she ever loved…at least that was pretty sure that she loved him? If it wasn’t love, then it was definitely the strongest feeling she had ever had for a person. She felt giddy whenever she saw the boy, which here lately was rarer and rarer, so surely that meant something right? It was definately more than a crush, because she had been crushing on him months before they dated, and this feeling was loads and loads stronger than that had been. She could actually see herself with this boy years down the road, something she had never been able tosay about anyone else. So it had to be love, even if she wasnt willing to admit it at his moment because she was so pissed off at the boy, and he seemed to not know or care because he was too busy going on and on about a fucking spa and aquarium.
Her problem? He wasn’t sure what her problem was? Was she the one that was ignoring her girlfriend. She gave a half laugh that held no humor in it when he said there was a thing called being busy. She let him finish, and tried to ignore him, but she couldn’t ignore him, and then she just exploded. “Really? REALLY? You don’t know what my problem is. My problem is probably the fact that this is the first time I have seen, or really actually TALKED to you in over a week. A week Parker. Do you know what could happen in a week? A fucking lot. I don’t see how you could possibly be too busy to see me, yet have time to go off with all of your other friends. You can go to the movies with Alaska, you can have lunch with Kylie, hang out with Charlotte, and do god only knows what with Liberty, but you cant make time for your girlfriend. That’s cool though Stevens. At least I know around about where I stand with you. Do I rank ten…fifteen on your list of people to hang out with? I would just like to know so that I don’t get my hopes on getting to see you until its closer to my turn.”
Why was Zero barking so freaking loud? His barking got McDuff barking, which got Sparky barking as well. What the hell was with all of these dogs. Hearing him talk again, she narrowed her eyes at him, up until the part where he said she looked an awful lot like the girl he loved. Loved? Well that changed things. They had been together for five months and neither one of them had said the ‘L’ word. It was really kind of hard for her to be too mad at him when he had basically just said he loved her. Getting really quite, she looked down at the floor. She supposed she was in the wrong here. Maybe she was just being over sensitive? Taking a deep breath, she continued to stare at the floor as she spoke. “Look Parker…I’m sorry, okay? I know that you are a busy person…and I understand that you need to spend time with your friends as well. Maybe I was just being over sensitive and stupid. I mean…its because I lov-” Why in the world was he talking? here she was apologizing to him, and about to tell him that she loved him and he was going to interrupt her? Glancing up at him, she could literally feel the anger rising up in her body. Seriously? He was on the fucking phone? Here she was trying to make things better between the two of them and he was ignoring her apology for a phone conversation. She just stared at him for a moment, before hearing him say the word Liberty. That was the final straw. She did NOT have to put up with that shit. Standing up, she said “Really? Fuck this.”, pushing past where he sat on the couch, Lacey stormed off to the back of the bus where no one else was. Honestly, this was just getting ridiculous. How could she not be pissed off at him for that one? Sitting down on one of the back couches, she pulled her knees up to her chest and wrapped both of her arms around them. God, why did they have to fight. She was so pissed at him she couldn’t really even see straight. Why did he have to be so damn difficult? Hearing foot steps, she looked up to see Parker walking towards her. Setting her face in a stone frown again she looked at him before turning her head back to face the wall. Anything but looking towards him. She simply said. “Honestly Parker. You are the last person I want to see right now. Go away. Just leave me alone. Go talk to your whore Liberty, or your other friends.” Now she wasn’t exactly being fair, but she thought she was. After all, she thought he completely deserved it. What kind of person answered the phone when their significant other was trying to apologize? She refused to look at him though. Looking at him would either make her even angry, or make her cave and loose her anger. Neither of which she really wanted. [/blockquote] Parker<333//Charzie<333---903HERE!
