Winter's life was pretty much upside down. She had found out that she was pregnant. It was terrifying at first, heck it still was. She had broken down and cried, yes actually cried, in front of Noah and Garret. Of course, she had threatened them with their lives if they ever told anyone about it. She couldn't have everyone knowing she was crying. It was something everyone knew she didn't do. But everyone knew Winter had sex. It was a common known fact among the tour. That was just who she was, a sex addict. Threw chatting with Avalon online they found her list of who she hadn't had sex with was much much shorter than who she had. So it wasn't a surprise that her and Caleb had done it especially because they were dating now. (Which was a surprise to everyone because she normally did not settle down) What also was a surprise was that was Winter had gotten pregnant. She just didn't get how it had happened. Okay, well she knew exactly how it happened and who it had happened with. But she was on birth control? And they had used a condom. She wasn't stupid and she procted herself. Well, she thought she had. Now a baby was on it's way. It really was crazy to her.
Winter sighed as she clicked through the channels on the tv. Finding nothing, she handed the remote over to Noah who sat next to her on the couch. It had been a lazy day. Winter was always tired anymore. She was either sleeping, at a show, or throwing up. It was not the funnest and it was definitely exhausting. Today had been a sleeping day. She had slept for a very good portion of it and she was still tired. Noah was being lazy too. She figured he was hungover as she honestly couldn't remember what time he had gotten home from getting wasted. Liberty had broken up with him and he had been quite torn up about it. Winnie honestly felt bad and had to keep herself from storming over to the rehab center the model was at for her eating disorders and kick her ass. Winter had fallen asleep on the couch waiting for her best friend to get home because she was worried about him. She simply knew he was upset and didn't want him getting into any trouble or getting hurt or anything. She didn't wake up when he got home which was probably a good thing. He had apparently brought some girl home who Winter only knew about because she saw the bleach blonde barely dressed girl trying to sneak out of the apartment. She said nothing except gave Noah a disapproving look and went into her room.
Now they were both in the living room again. Winter had made dinner, like always, and she was honestly thinking about heading to bed soon even thought it was only around eight or nine. She yawned and stared at the tv blankly as Noah flipped through the channels. She watched as the tv stopped on some show and the title came up. 16 and Pregnant. "I love this show" She heard Noah say and she looked over at him with a look of disbelief. "...Really Noah?" She had a small frown on her face. She knew it probably wasn't any attack or smart comment toward her but it still hit her. She wasn't exactly happy that she was nineteen and pregnant. Sure, she was glad that Caleb was the father and he seemed overly excited anyway. Hell Caleb was so excited it made up for her being apprehensive about it. It was seriously all she thought about. She was just so scared. She was the most scared about Caleb leaving her. Noah and Garret promised they wouldn't let that happen, but could they really stop him? She would be torn apart. She was finding she really cared about him more than she ever imagined she could care for anyone.
"I think I'm going to bed.." She said, worry heavy on her mind now. She just wanted to sleep and not think about it. Before she stood though, there was a knock at the door. Bamf, who was currently sleeping between the two on the couch, woke up and barked once. Winter picked him up as she stood. "I'll get it." She told Noah. She would answer and then go to bed, taking the small pup with her. He slept with her every night unless she was at Caleb's. The dog loved Noah too, but ever since she had become pregnant, the dog was really protective over her. Walking to the door, she unlocked it and opened it to see three guys she didn't know. She was about to ask if she could them but before she knew it she was being shoved back into her apartment and one of the guys closed and locked the door. She was grabbed and she dropped the small dog on accident. Bamf began barking and ran to Noah but Winter really didn't see much of it because her arm was being twisted behind her back and an arm was around her neck to hold her in place from struggling out of their hold. She let out a cry of pain from it all.
"Where's Noah?" One of them asked her and Winter's eyes travelled over to the couch. What the hell was going on? Who were these people and why was she afraid they were going to kill herself and Noah included? "Hey Kid." The guy said as he walked over to Noah, cracking his knuckles. "Haven't seen you in a while." Winter had no idea what was going on. Who was this guy? Who was the guy holding her with a death grip and the other one as well? Her eyes were wide with confusion and she was honestly a little scared. Not to mention she was a little pissed off that these people had bust into her appartment, taken her somewhat hostage and now were talking to Noah like they were best friends. Apparently Bamf didn't like the guy talking to Noah though, because he stood infront of Noah growling at the man. The little dog thought he was much bigger than he actually was. He would definitly be a force not to reckon with once he reached full size.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - Well, this sucked. Noah was spread out on the couch, his legs up and resting on the coffee table like usual. It was probably the best investment they ever made. Still, his head had felt like there was a circus playing in it by how much it was stamping and pounding on his brain. When Noah said he was getting wasted, he rarely did half measures. He had been hugely confused by what had happened at Liberty’s yesterday as they had had one fantastic day, including the cinema and a meal, not cheap either, which had as expected resulted in them returning back to Libby’s with one thing in mind. About an hour after that, she had taken a very long shower and had returned to Noah talking on the chat with Winter. Lots of words had been spouted at Noah and unfortunately his attention span had never been one to marvel at, except when he heard the word ‘break’ and the next second he was stood outside Liberty’s shut front door. Has she broken up with him? Hell if he knew. Winter had said that a break is the easy way of saying “it’s over” so that had been shit and had resulted in Noah getting into a club and getting completely drunk off his face. Admittedly, it hadn’t taken long for him to have a blonde whore of a girl attached to his face and somehow they had gotten home and had meaningless fun. Noah felt guilty for he still had huge feelings for Liberty, but she had ended it, right? Fuck it; he wouldn’t regret having a good time. Why should he? Everyone else had someone so he was entitled as well.
His best friend, Winter, had more then someone. One quick subtle peek at her stomach as she sat beside him on the couch, Noah knew she had two main people in her life. Caleb and the baby. It had been hella unexpected, especially with Caleb, but still, he would help her as much as he could. Admittedly it probably wouldn’t be very good once the baby actually arrived since he only knew medical stuff from what his dad had told him, as well as the books he’d read in the summer as he was preparing to go to Med school. Winter Pursuit had been signed during his first year and in his tradition of making decisions maybe he shouldn’t have, Noah had left and stuck with the band. Licking his lips, Noah looked lazily at the television as he flicked through the channels trying to find something to watch. 16 and Pregnant came on and he smiled despite the pounding in his head, “I love this show.” His eyes widened slightly at Winter’s hurt response and he turned his head to look at her. Oops. He hadn’t meant that in any wrong way. “Oh... sorry, Winnie.” Blinking, Noah slapped himself mentally. He would have to watch what he said way more now that she was in a different situation. This couldn’t be the carefree Winter he’d known over the past few years. Sniffing, Noah’s eyes followed Winter off the couch as she claimed she was going to bed. “Okay. Have a good sleep.” He said quietly, careful not to hurt his own head in the process. Facing back the television, Noah blinked at the knock on the door but didn’t turn to look. “If they're selling something, we don’t want it.” There wasn’t anyone expected to come over and even then, they rarely knocked. Winter and Noah had a very much open door policy. Noah turned down the volume as she opened the door to hear who it was, his slumped position on the couch not really letting him see who was there. He sat up a bit in sudden confusion when he saw Winter get pushed back. What the hell? Noah stood quickly and swallowed strongly when the man from the door made his appearance into the main room. “Simon...” He said slowly, his green eyes blinking once in confusion.”Hey kid.” Why was his old drug dealer here? Noah’s gaze shifted quickly to Winter and his eyes narrowed, taking a step forward toward her as he saw one other man holding her in a death grip. She was pregnant, she couldn’t be held like that. Another man appeared at Simon’s side as the walked slowly closer to Noah in the living room area of the Apartment.
”Haven’t seen you in a while.” Noah looked back at Simon at that. The tone was suggestive of something else and Bamf was still growling incredibly at the men. However, they were way bigger then certainly little puppy Bamf and Noah too. Glancing at Winter again, he saw she was in pain and went to step forward around the puppy, his hand held out in a calming suggestion. “Hey. You don’t have to-“ Simon delivered a strong and expertly placed punch to Noah’s midsection making him bend forward, the breath rushing out of him and the punch winding him. ”Oh... Charlton.” Simon sounded incredibly smug as he spoke, flexing his fingers and looking at his partner who was grinning at Noah still folded in half trying to get his breath back with a cough. Simon took off his jacket slowly and threw it down onto the cushioned part of the couch. Noah tried to straighten up, his arm wrapped around his stomach. “Look, there’s a mistake.” He could see Bamf still jumping up and down in his place and the partner of Simon pick up Bamf, receiving a bite for his trouble, and throwing him down into the bathroom and shutting the door. ”I really don’t think there is, Noah.” Feeling his arms being grabbed and pushed together behind his back, Noah tried to pull out of the iron grip but all three men were far bigger in all directions then he was himself, plus some of his attention was still focused on what they were doing to Winter. She couldn’t be hurt... not by people that Noah knew. She was more fragile then ever at the moment. He didn’t have to be a med student to know that.
The feeling of handcuffs tightened around Noah’s wrists but he knew from then that he wasn’t being arrested. A foot slammed into the back of his knees making Noah drop to onto his haunches on the floor although he didn’t have long to take note of that before a fist slammed into the side of his face. That would help his hangover. “Fuck...” The man had fists of steel and Noah’s head looked sideways and away from them all from the force of the punch. ”So tell me,” Simon’s partner grabbed the singer’s hair and brought his now bruised face to the middle to look up at Simon as he spoke, ”When were you planning on going to the police? I’m curious.” Another punch to his jaw sent Noah’s head the other way before it was brought back like before to look up at Simon. His lip was cut and Noah shut his eyes for a second to clear his head. “I have...” Noah winced when the grip on his hair became tighter, "I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Simon looked and laughed at his two men, one of them still holding Winter, who both returned a hearty chuckle showing that quite obviously they didn’t believe him. The thing was, it was true. Noah had been forced to change dealer when Garret had burned his stash... Garret... Noah’s voice cut through their over the top laughter quickly. “That was a lie made to get me clean. It’s not true.” Simon’s face turned form one of laughter to anger in a split second and delivered another heavy fist to Noah’s face before another on the other side, the crack of Noah’s nose reverberating around the room. His vision was definitely nowhere near what it was as his face was brought once again to look up at Simon, the blood from his nose using gravity to make an appearance above his cut lip. ”Be straight with me Charlton,” the man spread one had across Noah’s face to have a hold on him, his cheeks being pushed in slightly, ”or I’ll hurt your pretty friend.” Noah couldn’t move his head but his eyes drifted to where he guessed the outline of Winter was. He couldn’t believe that she had to be caught up in this... he just hoped she didn’t hate him for this. It would top off a shit two days.

Winter and Noah sat on the couch together watching tv. This was a normal site, them sitting around together. However, normally they would be joking and laughing about things. Tonight was a different story though. Noah was hungover, not to mention upset obviously at the whole Liberty situation. Winter had tried earlier to put him in a better mood but it hadn't really worked. Winter had only told Noah that Liberty wasn't worth it and the girl was an anorexic bitch. Noah hadn't liked that much and it caused a small argument between the two, but it was over now. Winter dropped the subject completely. She didn't want to upset her best friend even more, not to mention she herself was tired and irritated so had she not dropped it they may have gotten into a screaming match. She was just in an off mood all together. She was tired and not really wanting to deal with anyone. She wanted to curl up into bed but she wanted Caleb. However, she knew Noah probably didn't want anyone over and he always got weirded out slightly when Caleb was over. Winter knew how it was though. She didn't like being around when Noah was in his bedroom with some other girl. She knew her boyfriend would come get her if she wanted to stay with him, but she felt bad calling him to come and get her and then drive back. Caleb did so much for her as it was. She could survive one night in her bed alone and she could see him tomorrow.
Sighing, she let the comment and show that was on go. She knew he wasn't in a good state, being upset about Liberty. "It's whatever Noah.." She said before standing and telling she was going to sleep. It was early but she honestly didn't want to be awake. She was in a very depressed like mood because her whole body was out of wack and she absolutely hated it. Then there was a knock on the door and she said she would get it. Noah made the comment about not buying whatever they were selling. She smirked slightly, "If it's girl scout cookies I'm buying a million boxes." She told him honestly. She loved those cookies and she was craving them now that she thought about it. She was a little lighter in step now that she was hoping it were girl scouts at her door trying to get her to buy cookies. However, opening the door, she quickly found the three men were not girl scouts and it definitely wasn't cookies they were trying to sell. She dropped Bamf as she was grabbed and held painfully in place. Well, she was awake now. Winnie's eyes were wide as they asked for Noah, closing and locking the door as they forced their way in. Her eyes looked to Noah who said a name. "Friends of yours Noah?" She asked a little quietly but by the look in his eye she could tell they weren't exactly friends. Who were these guys?
Winter watched Noah's eyes travel with worry between her and the guy he had called Simon. Noah took a few steps toward her but he was stopped from going any further. Winnie watched, horror in her eyes, as Noah was punched hard in the stomach. "HEY!" Winter lurched forward, wanting to help her friend. However, she was held in place strongly by the other man who simply laughed at her attempts to move to Noah's side. What the hell was going on? Why did Simon punch Noah? Who the hell was Simon in the first place? She glared at the guy who shut Bamf in the bathroom before her arms returned to Noah who said there was a mistake. Simon wouldn't hear it though. She watched as they cuffed Noah. These couldn't be police, could they? Didn't they have to show a badge or something first? Her eyes widened as he was sent to his knees and punched again, this time in the face. "Hey stop it! Leave him alone!" Her voice was strong for how helpless she felt. Her command was completely ignored though and she was getting more irritated by the minute. Not to mention she was completely worried about what they were going to do to her best friend. She listened to Simon speak, though her eyes stayed on Noah full of concern. Noah's words made her understand what was going on in a second. Noah's dealer thought he was going to rat on him. And apparently he wasn't going to have that happen at all.
She tried to go to her friend again as Noah was hit twice more. Winnie was only still held back. No way was she going to sit there and watch Noah get beaten up without doing anything. She quickly took her foot and kicked backward, kicking the man who held her hard in the shin. He wasn't ready for it and he let go with a sound of pain. She quickly moved, but not to Noah just yet. No one hit her friends. "I said leave him alone!" She said quickly to Simon and brought her fist back and punched him hard in his right eye. It hurt her fist like a bitch but she ignored it. She went to swing again but she was pulled back by one of Simon's partners. Simon was jerked from Noah from Winnie's punch and he came up looking at her with fury in his face. Winter wanted to run but she was held by the man who she hadn't kicked. She kept her face hard and strong as she looked back to Simon with just as much intensity as he looked at her. "Want to play tough with the big boys I see?" He said before slapping her hard with the back of his hand across her face. Her head jerked to the side with the slap and she blinked a few times. "I don't think you can handle it. So why don't you let the big boys have their own play time, yeah?" He had grabbed her face to force her to look back at him as he spoke. She gathered up the saliva in her mouth and spit in his face. She did not take well to Noah being beaten up and she couldn't help herself from fighting back.
Simon didn't like the spit just as much as he didn't like the punch Winnie had given him. He backhanded her hard again and this time, the man holding her let go and she lost her balance, falling to the ground and hitting her head off the couch. It wasn't very hard, but along with the slap it was a lot. Her hand went to her head and she let out a sound of pain. Before she knew it one of Simon's men was holding both of her wrists tightly and holding them behind her back and making it so she couldn't move because she was already on the ground. Simon simply smirked smugly down at Winnie before moving back to Noah. "Now Charlton, where were we?" Winter wanted to scream at this man, punch him again and again. She knew she may be able to break free and go after the man but she knew Noah would not be happy. No one would. She would get a word about it because she was pregnant and she could possibly hurt the baby. Right now that wasn't on her mind. Noah living what was on her mind. She would rather have risked herself then watch Noah be killed in front of her. She only prayed they would leave soon.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - Noah couldn't work out why they were so convinced he would go to police. Surely, if he was going to go, he would have gone pretty soon after? He wouldn't just wait around for a couple of weeks, for that was what it had been since his bad trip, and THEN go to police. Shit, he wasn't even going to the cops anyway. It had been a lie, one that Garret had made up to get him blacklisted from drug dealers in town. Simon had been one of the only ones to accept him still, Noah thought because he was buying in advance, but realised it was mostly because the rumour hadn't spread to him by then. His head snapped to the side at the first of the punches, the knuckles slamming into the top of his cheekbone. Sure, it hadn't been the first time Noah had been punched but it didn't exactly make it any more fun. He managed to keep his balance by transferring his weight on his knees although he didn't really need to as his hair at the back of his head was gripped and forced him to look up at Simon. Noah mildly heard Winter shout for them to stop but he kept the gaze of Simon as best as he could. If there was one thing he did know, it was to make sure you showed as little weakness as possible in these situations. After Simon asked the question, the defiance in Noah' green eyes gazed made the dealer almost snarl before barrelling another string fist into the singers jaw and cutting his lip open. Suggesting he didn't know what they were talking about, they seemed to like that answer as they replied with strong chuckles of laughters before Noah continued, telling them of the mistake they were making. He had no plans to go to the police... ever. They would only make things worse whatever the situation.
Noah got two extra strong punches from that and his balanced wavered, his vision blurring as the fists hit near his eyes. If it wasn't for the grip still on the back of his head, Noah doubted he would be able to continue kneeling straight up, certainly not without his hands free to balance himself. A grip on the front of his face that pushed his cheeks in a bit and the words that indicated to Winter, his gaze wobbled slowly over to where she was probably standing. Suddenly, the grip disappeared from both the front of his face and the back of his head and Noah was able to lift his head enough to see Winter charging at the man and delivering a stronger punch then he probably would even manage to Simon's face. Squeezing his eyes shut for a moment, Noah tried to clear his vision before motioning to stand up quickly as Winter was slapped hard. What the hell? You didn't hit women regardless of what was happening. Fuming, Noah managed to get to his feet before another solid kick to the back of his knees from he guessed the other man sent him down again, a lot closer to where Winter was now on the floor. He knew he didn't have very long but Noah managed to put his head near Winter for a minute, "Win. Don't risk it. Please." He could guess she would know he meant not to risk hurting the baby. He would gladly take a beating if it meant she and the kid was safe. Him getting a few bruises was nothing compared to the alternative involving Winter. He managed to connect an unfocused gaze with her for a minute before "Now Charlton, where were we?" and a hand grabbed at his collar to drag him backwards roughly to his first position. They angled him onto his knees again like last time and Simon cracked his knuckles again. "She doesn't need to be part of this." Noah's main concern was not how hard the next punch would hurt but that Winnie wouldn't hurt. He couldn't forgive himself if he allowed that to happen.
Noah felt another fist smack into his other eye, realising at least now he'd have matching black eyes. "I wonder how the teenage girls would like seeing you like this, Noah." Simon's voice was smug once again, his fingers on his right hand nursing where Winter had punched him. Noah knew he probably looked as bad as he felt, but then who cared right now? Winter was probably in pain and he couldn't even say how this would end. "I'm not fucking going to the police." Noah ground out, his temper rising incredibly. They were being even more stubborn then he was known to be. "Why the fuck would I?! I'd be caught too." He pulled on his cuffs slightly but it would obviously be futile. "Or have you forgotten that too, you stupid fucker." Noah's potty tongue was getting the better of him, he knew that, but still, it would bring the attention back onto him and they wouldn't hurt Winter then. Another punch smacked into his nose again and brought a new flood of blood from it. If it wasn't broken before, it was now. Squeezing his eyes shut at the pain from the middle of his face, Noah's head faced down, the red blood dripping down onto their floor a bit but mostly it ran down onto his shirt. Noah started laughing ironically... he needed to keep Simon looking at him and not at Winter. Laughing hollowly, Noah lifted his head and let it flop back loosely as his eyes tried to stay steady on Simon but found it difficult. "Your mother was rougher then that the other ni-" Noah didn't manage to finish his teasing comment before he too was backhanded harshly across his face and a strong grip wrapped around his throat and lifted him up. It was shocking how Simon was able to use one arm to lift Noah up but then the singer was as skinny as hell and Simon was huge so, maybe not too shocking in truth. Still, it was cutting off Noah's windpipe, making him gasp a bit for some air as he stood up fully, his eyes looking down at Winter. Simon's face was placid but his eyes were fuming as Noah was brought closer to him, harsh fingers leaving bruises at his neck. "Do people often tell you how much of a dick you are?" Noah spluttered a bit and his gaze started drifting up on its own, his main aim to get a bit of blessed oxygen.
Simon checked to the side to look at where Winter was and tilted his head ever so slightly, the man holding the drummer down lifting her up to her feet and throwing her onto the couch for her to sit. Simon looked back at Noah, the singer getting paler as he held him just off his tiptoes, a lack of grip on the floor stopping him from being to help himself much. Then, Simon threw Noah down onto the couch beside Winter, the singer falling in somewhat of a heap next to her as he pulled huge gasps of air into his lungs through his mouth as his nose was completely blocked with his blood. He could just make out that his head was facing in the direction of Winter, his body sideways and pushed against the couch. Simon pulled out a cigarette and flicked a match to light it up before taking a slow drag. "If I hear of either of you too so much as talking to the police... so help me." Simon left the threat hanging in the air before grabbing his jacket and following his two friends out of the door, not before jangling the key for the cuffs and throwing it perfectly into the bin in their kitchen. "It's good seeing you, pretty lady. Charlton." Slamming the door behind them, Noah didn't move from his strangely angled position, his eyes shut as he continued to take deep breaths, his whole body aching, not to mention his arms trapped behind him in the metal cuffs. Noah could feel his eyes bruising and his nose still streaming with blood but it didn't stop him coughing a bit, his throat raw as hell and croaky as fuck. "You should..." Noah got out before he coughed sorely, unsure of where Winter even was, "...bought the cookies."
